When to Apply
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy encourages families to begin the application process in April.
The Admissions Process
We encourage you to make an appointment with our Director of Admissions for a tour of our school campus.
The "Buddy Day"
We recommend making an appointment for a "Buddy Day" visit so that your student may spend a day in our school attending classes with a student guide. "Buddy Days" allow your student to meet new friends and become acquainted with our school.
Our goal at Pioneer Valley Christian Academy is to ensure the right fit for your student, both academically and socially; therefore, admissions testing in grades K-12 is required.
The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your student while you learn about our philosophical, spiritual, and academic standards. Additionally, the interview offers an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have concerning our school.
Upon completion of the application process, the admissions committee will review the information and notify you regarding their decision.
Creating an Online Application
All application and supplemental forms must be submitted with a non-refundable fee of $100 for the first student and a $25 non-refundable fee for each additional student.
Online Application Process
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above, log into your account, and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the ability to log in and out of your account, monitor when the school receives supplemental forms, and access your open application.
